Like a love letter to Paris, AMI's style pays homage to the City of Light: its logo is made up of a heart perched on top of a capital “A” and evokes the silhouette of the Eiffel Tower. His catwalk shows are also inspired by a picture-postcard Paris, whether presented in Montmartre or with staging that reproduces the chimneys of Parisian rooftops. The brand quickly became known for its apparent simplicity, but which comes to life through flawless technicality and an innate sense of elegance that never fails to impress. While Alexandre Mattiussi likes to remind us that a stylish wool sweater/dark jeans combo really is the ideal look, he also enjoys surprising us with sequins, featuring them on oversized trousers and polo shirts. The strength of the AMI Paris style is its ability to inspire all generations. Among the many friends of the House, Audrey Tautou walked for him in 2022 in Montmartre, while the iconic Catherine Deneuve has lent her image to the Déjà-Vu bag.
